These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, transfers, tours, and related services (“Services”) provided by DT Travel OE, located in Athens, Greece.
By booking or using our Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website, booking platforms, email, or authorized partners.
- Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) is required to confirm a reservation.
- Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- The Client is responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, and travel details at the time of booking.
2. Services Provided
- We provide private and group transfers, city tours, excursions, and personalized travel itineraries within Athens and other destinations in Greece.
- Vehicle type, service timing, and itinerary details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- For transfers, waiting time of up to 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for city pickups is included. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must be ready at the designated meeting point at the agreed time.
- Any delays must be communicated to us immediately.
- Children must be accompanied by adults and use appropriate safety seats when required by Greek law.
- Clients must follow safety instructions provided by drivers or guides.
4. Changes & Modifications
- Requests to modify booking details (time, date, number of passengers, destination, etc.) are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or failure to meet the driver/guide at the agreed location.
5.2 Company Cancellations
- In the rare event that we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, safety concerns), clients will be offered: A full refund, or the option to reschedule without additional charge.
-We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the Client (e.g., accommodation, flights, third-party tickets).
6. Delays, Traffic & External Factors
- While we aim to adhere to agreed schedules, traffic, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen events may cause delays.
- The company is not liable for missed flights, ferries, reservations, or other losses caused by delays beyond our control.
- Clients are advised to allow ample time before flights or other connections.
7. Luggage & Personal Items
- Each passenger is permitted a reasonable amount of luggage, subject to vehicle capacity.
- The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the vehicle.
- Clients must inform us in advance of oversized luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, or special cargo.
8. Conduct & Safety
- Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Drivers and guides reserve the right to refuse service to clients who pose a safety risk or behave inappropriately.
- No refunds will be issued if a service is terminated due to inappropriate client behavior.
9. Insurance & Liability
- All vehicles are insured in accordance with Greek law.
- The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, or major transportation disruptions.
11. Privacy Policy
DT Travel is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with:
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679,

  • Greek Data Protection Law 4624/2019, and

  • Relevant guidelines from the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
We collect and process personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and only for legitimate business purposes related to the provision of transfer and tour services.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can delete it.
13. Use of the Website
- The content of this Site is for general information and personal use.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that may damage or disrupt our systems.
